Read this great article on three leadership lessons learnt over a span of 40 years by John Dyer-CEO-Cox Enterprises. I think these three lessons have crossed our minds at one time or another but I particularly like his third lesson which I was taught by a different statement: get it done now, there will be time to improve it later on.
